Thrive recently launched two new features to help you quickly see important candidate information from the search profile page, without needing to open a new tab or navigate to the candidate profile.

1. Connections: This shows how you are connected to a candidate.

2. Reporting Relationships: This shows how candidates are connected to each other.

Here's how it works

1. Click on the name of a candidate within your search

2. After you click on their name, the summary table should open on the left-hand side. Move your cursor over to the candidate's avatar in the summary table.

3. Hover over the avatar until the image turns into a lightning bolt. Then click on the lightning bolt.

4. After clicking on the lightning bolt, a candidate summary panel should appear on the right-hand side where you can access both connections and reporting relationships.

If you don't see any connections or reporting relationships, it's because they haven't been added to your database yet. Check out our tutorial on how to add them—and learn why you should.
