Thrive is one central place where you can see all of your organization's contacts in one place. If you'd like to quickly get an overview of a contact without going into their contact profile page, you can use the Quick View Panel.

The Quick View Panel shows key information of a contact, and is where you can access functionality like our Off Limits and Connections.

There are two ways to open the Quick View panel. The first one is by hovering over a contact avatar. When you see a lightning bolt icon flash across the avatar, click on the contact avatar to open the Quick View panel.

Once you click on the lightning bolt, the Quick View Panel will appear on the right.

You can look at contact information without having to navigate all the way into their detailed speech. A contact's baseball card will show their contact information and primary position.

The second way to open the Quick View Panel is by opening a contact's Off Limits or Connections side panel. You'll see a back button, allowing you to get back to the quick view panel. Similarly, you can get from the Quick View Panel to a contact's Connections and Off Limits. While on the Quick View Panel, click on the rectangular bar to jump into a contact's connections, and click the back button if you want to go back to the baseball card.

There are three pages where the Quick View Panel will be accessible. They are:

  • The Contact Index Page

  • The Contacts table of a Company Detail Page

  • The Candidate overview panel on a search detail page

While on a contact's Quick View Panel, if you want to edit contact details or personal information, click on the pencil icon on the top right of the baseball card to make any changes you would like.

Need to jump into a contact's full detail page? If you move your mouse over the top of a contact's name, you will see a "View Profile" link, taking you over to the details page.
