Market Maps

Build a Live Market Map in Thrive

Build a real-time, living view of your target talent pool — and share it with your team or clients instantly.

In this video:

  • Creating a map — access Market Maps from the left panel, click (+), name your map, add a description, and select Create

  • Adding companies — search for specific organizations or pull from an existing list you've already built

  • Defining roles — select up to three seniority levels (e.g. C-suite, SVP, Director) and relevant role functions (e.g. Design, Engineering, Product)

  • The map view — displays companies as columns and role functions as rows; anyone in your Thrive system matching those parameters is preloaded automatically

  • Dynamic updates — people are added to the map automatically as they're added to Thrive; you can also trigger a manual refresh from More Actions

  • Browsing & search — click any individual to view their full profile, use search to find specific people, or filter by company, people records, or last outreach date

  • Sharing — default gives all internal users viewer access; can be extended to editor access or restricted to specific people
