A full overview of the configuration and customization options available to Thrive admins.
In this video:
Accessing the portal — click "Go to Admin Portal" in the bottom left corner of the app
AI features — view which AI features are active in your system; contact your CSM to make changes
Candidate tags — build a library of tags your team can apply to candidates within projects; customize label and color
Contract terms — customize and reorder contract term values; add new ones via the (+) icon
Custom fields — create fields for specific record types (People, Company, Project, etc.), choose field placement and type, and add optional helper text
Document labels — add custom labels for documents and attachments across People, Company, and Project records
Event types — add custom event types (e.g. "Coffee Chat") on top of system defaults
Project stages — customize your search process stages; offer, hired, and rejected are fixed, but all earlier stages can be renamed, reordered, or added to; set active/inactive off-limits indicators per stage
Reports branding — customize fonts, colors, logo, and footer details to match your brand
Scorecard criteria & templates — build a reusable library of assessment criteria, then group them into templates your team can apply directly from a project's strategy tab; custom scorecards can also be built in-project using the same criteria library
Tags — customize tag values used across the system; edit or delete existing values, or add new ones inline
Thrive IQ — if part of your package, embedded analytics dashboards live here (set up by your CSM)
Roles & permissions — view system default roles, create custom roles with specific permissions, and assign them when inviting new users; new users are invited via email directly from this tab
