Thrive 2.0 — Frequently Asked Questions

Written by Vincent Turk

Have questions about Thrive 2.0? Here's what you need to know. For anything specific to your account — migration timing, onboarding, or feature availability — your Customer Success Manager is your best point of contact.

What is Thrive 2.0?

Thrive 2.0 is the next generation of the Thrive TRM platform. It's a rebuilt, modernized version of Thrive with an updated interface, improved performance, and redesigned workflows — built around the same core use cases you rely on today.

Is Thrive 2.0 replacing Thrive 1.0?

Yes. Thrive 2.0 is the long-term direction of the platform. Thrive 1.0 will remain fully operational during your transition period, and you won't be moved until your account is ready.

When will I get access?

Thrive 2.0 is being rolled out on a managed, account-by-account basis. Your CSM will reach out directly with your timeline as it's confirmed. There is no single global launch date.

Will my data carry over?

Yes. Data migration is part of the onboarding process. Your contacts, searches, companies, and core records will be migrated. Your CSM and the onboarding team will walk you through exactly what's included before your migration begins.

Does Thrive 2.0 have all the same features as Thrive 1.0?

Thrive 2.0 is under active development and not all 1.0 features are available yet. Some workflows have also been redesigned rather than replicated directly. Your CSM can walk you through what's currently available relative to how your team uses the platform today.

Will my team need training?

Some adjustment time should be expected — the interface and a number of workflows are meaningfully different from 1.0. Training resources and onboarding support will be provided as part of your transition. Your CSM can give you more detail on what that looks like for your account.

How do I find out more or ask a specific question?

Reach out to your Customer Success Manager. They're your primary point of contact for anything related to Thrive 2.0 — timing, features, migration, and onboarding.
