3. Enter Your Email Address

A new screen will prompt you to enter the email address you use to log into Thrive.

  • Important: This email address must be the one currently associated with your active Thrive user account.

4. Submit the Request

After entering your email, click the Reset Password button (or similarly labeled submit button).

  • Expected Outcome: You should see a confirmation message on screen indicating that an email with further instructions has been sent to that address.
